Alright so two great things have happened. I was featured in the journals of two wonderful ladies: &
I feel so very flattered, considering their wonderful taste and words.

Now, I've been itching to do a comic. Black & White, Pen & Ink, and experiment some to see how it would turn out in a Beardsley, W.C. Heath-like line work. so..........I would really like if somebody has a good comic manuscript handy that I could snatch up and do the artwork for....anybody?

I got a message from the Future Art Magazine here on DA, that I'd been nominated for their December issue!!!!

I'm pretty surprised to say the least!

Alright....so I'm almost done with the first portfolio...three more pieces to go. Two color, one B&W, or viceversa. Not sure yet. For now, it's a Tropical Green Woman...who is not really too green. It's been a challenge, besides the almost square composition, the leaves are getting overwhelming. Plus she doesn't look too feminine, I guess that's the way it goes with crazy forest types. BUT, no need to despair for the meek shall prevail, or something like that.

Hoping for the best now.....

I am also creating a tutorial while making a new piece on dreams. So far, I've been making mental notes while I take snapshots every step of the way...hopefully it'll be liked enough to make it into the EMG Zine January issue.
